CRREM

CRREM (Carbon Risk Real Estate Monitor) is a model that estimates the carbon emissions of real estate portfolios. The model is based on the data from the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) and the International Energy Agency (IEA). The CRREM model provides a detailed analysis of the carbon emissions of real estate portfolios and helps investors to identify the carbon risks associated with their investments.
